It is a great idea to start with the employees and make sure the fitness center has a diverse group of personal trainers and instructors. Culture does play a big role for a lot of people, and having many options for the clients will only benefit the center as a whole. I also enjoyed your thoughts on developing interpersonal relationships. These too will have a huge impact on the success for your clients. Offering many different types of classes will allow different audiences to participate in different programs at the fitness center. I find it interesting that one of the most discriminated groups are the obese, and these should be the people we are targeting. I like your idea of pool workouts to allow for low impact training.
